Newly appointed CEO of HungaroControl Pte. Ltd. Co.

On 1st May, 2009 Mr Péter Hónig, Minister of Transportation, Telecommunication and Energy of the Republic of Hungary nominated Ms Andrea Markó for the Chief Executive Officer of HungaroControl Hungarian Air Navigation Services Pte. Ltd. Co.
Formerly, she held the position of the State Secretary of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Hungary – responsible for state assets management, privatization, sector developments and structured finance - for three years. She received diplomas in the Miskolc and Budapest Universities of Technology and Economics as engineer and economist. She got her MBA in 2000.
From 2000 to 2002 she was the Chief Financial Officer of Aeroplex of Central Europe, subsidiary company of MALEV Hungarian Airlines. She achieved professional experience as the CEO of Credit-Invest Corporation and as the Financial Manager of Avery Dennison Hungary Ltd.
